Description of Invention

When we were taught to made Chinese lanterns in art class、 we learned to cut numerous paper strips. Each strip needed to be straight and even because the strips make up the lanterns core structure. The requirement of the even strips doesnt only make the paper lantern firm and beautiful、 it also avoids the possibility of children easily breaking the paper strips. Therefore、 we created the VERSATILE CUTTING AID、 which makes cutting paper a lot easier.
