Self-Powered Lighting Dog Leash

Description of Invention

When my mom drives me home from cram school at night、 dog walkers and their dogs often suddenly appear on the road and nearly get hit by our car. These careless dog walkers always give my mother and I a shock. I therefore decided that I wanted to invent a device that can solve this problem.

My invention is activated when there is a pulling force between the dog and the dog walker、 via the dog leash. The energy exerts pressure on a piezoelectric generator which transforms the force into electricity. The energy created will be temporarily stored within the device to power the leash when needed. The dog leash is made of a new material- the optical fiber. Optical fiber rope maximizes the illumination of the LED、 creating a warning light which protects the dog and its master's safety at night. This will effectively reduce the chance of accidents. Additionally、 there is also a built-in flashlight in this device、 which as well as gets power from the force of the dogs pull.

In general、 this device will demonstrate:
  I. A self-powered generator using the application of green technology.
  II. A safety warning light which ensures the safety of both the dog walker and the dog.
  III. A built-in flashlight that provides illumination when needed.
  IV. Dog walkers can enjoy the fun of using this modern、 scientific、 and technological device as the lights continue to twinkle while walking their dogs.
This innovative product demonstrates the best of green technology、 helping to protect our environment through energy conservation.
