Disigning dynamic solar cell system towards celestial globe equatorial coordinate system

Description of Invention

By researching and learning about astronomy in general and the movement of the sun in particular、 we realized that celestial globe equatorial coordinate system is the best choice for dynamic solar cell foot complying with principles of the coordinate system in order to develop advantages and overscome disadvantages of existing system From the original principle model、 we have realized the rightness in both theory and practice of the system complying with this coordinate system. The system works according to coordinate axis of celestial globe coordinates as specified in the report.
