Measuring cup that is accurate even when tilted

Description of Invention

I sometimes cook and find it inconvenient that I cannot measure an amount of water while holding a measuring cup in my hand. This led me to create a measuring cup that allows users to measure an amount of liquid while holding the cup in their hand. Finding that the level of liquid at the center of a cylindrical container does not change even if the container is tilted, I came up with an idea of a cup using this principle. This measuring cup is very convenient because the water level can be measured even when users cannot keep the cup level.
