The effect of the war is an environmental degradation. People cant live on the earth. They have to stay in certain area because surrounding is toxin. Atmospheres are destroyed. It cause temperature、 hot in the day and cold at night People adapt their chemical elements so they can live without sunshine. Oxygen is decreased because of polluions and rays.
