COMMENTARYIn order to protect this building from the damage caused by movement of the earth's crust, such as tsunami and land subsidence, no matter where it is, solar powered electromagnets lift it up. It is round and rotates like a globe, allowing its solar panels to collect sunlight at all times during the day.
