Design Background and Contributions
I work in a hospital ward. I have heard of some patients who stole used razor from a Sharp Box in the ward. It is quite dangerous to do so because used razor or syringe contains virus-infected、 people may be infected by virus via contact with blood. So I decided to design an invention to prevent someone stealing syringes.
Creativity

My invention Sharps Black Hole takes extra care when disposing of sharps. The name Black Hole implies that there is no way out. My design adopts a one-way design for putting in only. Used razor blades or syringes should not be disposed without care. They should be collected in the Sharps Black Hole in order to prevent those sharps taking out from the box to hurt people.
