The work, titled The Last Earth Man, shows a contradictory phenomenon of conflict and mutual promotion between scientific and technological progress and environmental protection, and expresses the author's wish that scientific and technological innovation can provide the greatest protection to the earth on which human beings depend.
The blue, green and yellow in the work represent the ocean, forest and land on the earth, respectively. Through the tears left by the last earth man, the work also expresses the author's concern about the improper development of science and technology may backfire on human beings. |
