There is an ozone layer above the earth, which is like a huge protective umbrella, shrouded on the surface of the earth. It protects the small animals, plants, microorganisms and humans on the earth from ultraviolet rays. However, it discovered that the concentration of the ozone layer is decreasing, and ozone holes have gradually appeared in the Antarctic and Arctic, which directly endangers the growth of microorganisms in the Antarctic and Arctic circles. As the concentration of the ozone layer decreases, the sun's ultraviolet radiation on the earth's surface increases, directly threatening the survival of humans and animals on the earth. |
